Rob founded RMHO Consulting with a clear vision: to provide the kind of practical, personal support that founders and management teams actually need as their businesses grow.
Over a varied 20-year career, Rob has worked for HMRC, a Big 4 accounting practice, as a senior manager in a regulated asset management firm, the general partner of a VC fund and as a specialist adviser. He has incubated businesses, run businesses and led them through transactions—so he understands the type of support that founders and management teams need at every stage.
Today, RMHO Consulting brings together a team of experienced advisers who share that same commitment to building long-term partnerships with clients, providing practical advice that goes beyond compliance to drive real business value.
