Rob Osborne

Rob is a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) with over 23 years' experience. During a varied career he has served as a Senior Tax Inspector and Fraud Investigator at HMRC, and worked for EY (Ernst & Young), as a senior manager in a regulated asset management firm, the general partner of a VC fund and as a specialist adviser. He has incubated businesses, run businesses and led them through transactions. Rob understands the type of support that founders and management teams need as businesses grow. He believes in building long-term partnerships with clients, providing practical advice that goes beyond compliance to drive real business value.
Outside work
Away from work, Rob enjoys spending time with his two sons and is a keen car enthusiast.
Diana Haines
Senior Manager

Diana holds a bachelor's degree in financial analysis. With almost 10 years' experience in the finance sector, she has worked for one of the Big 4 firms, the NHS and other organisations both in the UK and overseas. Diana has experience in auditing, accounting and financial analysis. She deals with all day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reports and works hard to build and maintain excellent client relationships.

Outside of work, Diana enjoys exercising, cooking, doing arts and spending time with her partner and son.
Anna Campbell

Anna heads up RMHO's Accounting Team. A CIMA-qualified management accountant, Anna's impressive career has included roles in the aerospace, telecommunications and education sectors. With a wealth of knowledge in accounting, payroll and tax, Anna is passionate about working with business owners to help simplify and improve their processes so they have more time to run and grow their businesses.

Away from work, Anna enjoys running and spending time with her husband and two boys. She also has a puppy named Maverick.
Katie Ayres-Turner

Katie heads up RMHO's Client Services Team and brings over twenty years' experience in accounts administration and finance across many varied sectors including retail, motoring, finance, and education. Katie is dedicated to working with clients to help ensure their accounts are in order, from budgeting to reconciliations, from payroll to pensions. Her attention to detail and commitment to client success make her an invaluable part of the team.

Emma Gothard

Emma brings 20 years of specialised accounts administration and bookkeeping expertise, with deep knowledge of the construction and education sectors. Her technical expertise spans daily bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Emma is particularly skilled at managing complex sector-specific accounting requirements and building long-term client partnerships through meticulous attention to detail and proactive financial oversight.

Dan Cowley

Dan Cowley is a Manager at RMHO. Dan has 3 years' experience in bookkeeping and finance, and looks after day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations and financial reporting. Having previously worked as a chef for over a decade, he brings a strong work ethic and a practical approach to his role, while building and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Zuhail has hands-on experience in general ledger processing, bank reconciliations, payroll administration, and debt management, working with Sage 50 Cloud, Xero, Hubdoc, and Merit Software. He enjoys helping businesses maintain accurate financial records, improve cash flow, and streamline their finance processes.

Jordan Bradford

Jordan is a Personal Assistant at RMHO, supporting the team with organisation, administration, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Before joining RMHO, Jordan worked as a receptionist at a car body shop, where she developed excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills. Prior to this, Jordan spent seven years working as a Senior Healthcare Assistant and completed a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care. Jordan's varied experience has helped her develop a caring, professional, and approachable nature, with a strong passion for building and maintaining positive relationships.
